For a natural, however, eating 300g's a day or 50g's a day wont make a fucking difference. Do you honestly think Pro football, baseball, basketball whatever players, eat THAT MUCH PROTEIN? FUCK NO! They eat a "NORMAL HUMAN" diet. Sure there are exceptions, but it is a VERY SMALL MINORITY that eat more than 100g's a day i bet you. Idiot
All of these athletes have MORE MUSCLE than you and are MUCH LEANER than you, and yet they eat less protein in a week than you suggest doing in a day. Explain this.
Don't give me this bullshit about how "bodybuilders" have to incorporate so many different means to build their body than other "athletes". Bicep curl, squat, deadlift. Its all the same to anyone who has a routine weight training session that knows how to workout.
