Mike. Debussey loves ya, so debussey will speak straight from the heart.

When you compete next time, use enough juice. You want to be in the best shape possible in your 3rd competition. The last time you did not look good, because you were not juiced up enough and you screwed up the dieting.

So:

Do whatever it takes to become 100% dedicated this time. Juice it up and diet it off.

Make Debussey proud of you >:(

Mike. Just squat.

squatting alone wont cut it. he is not a powerlifter. you need a bit more volume to build leg size if you are not super gifted. so make sure you do your squats, leg presses, hacks and leg curls. go with 12-15 reps, good form, full range of motion and hit them once a week.

  pretty much how i train (got some back/disc problems)

Hello, for full range of motion, you mean all the way down with your glutes touching your calves or parallel to the ground? For me, i felt it more when i go all the way down but im being advised to do parallel only as it's not good for the knees. What's everybody's opinion on this? Thanks

its subjective, im sick of people saying "ASS TO GRASS" if your body isnt designed for that, then you wont go to that, i go to parallel with squats and they are growing fine.

I love go all the way down.
But Paco prohibit me to do it.
So now, bit below the prallel.
