WHAT AN ASS!!!!
I hate seeing these types in the gym. Pencil legs, minimal brain cells and the desire to lift heavy ass weights when he clearly is unable to. This video is the perfect example of those types..who look to "IMPRESS" others by saying they lifted four, five, six or more plates. Ya wanna impress me??? Then do regular squats with a full range of motion without a spot and NO GOD DAMN EXERCISE BALL. When I see you do six to ten good reps then I will be impressed. Doing a SQUAT/THRUST machine on a exercise ball and still gettign stuck is beyond pathetic. Talk about GAYER THAN...
Just in case you missed it...DID YOU SEE THOSE PENCIL LEGS HE WAS BARELY STANDING ON.
