And i cleared up everything. That is 6g/kg.
Why i said ten? Because one of getbiger told me that my diet is 4g/lbs and i believed.
That was my faults. And I apologized to the people who took this number seriously.

But Dave was kept on bashing me about this for fun.
Thats why i made this thread.

You still didn't answer the question - what is the difference between an "official" and an "unofficial" question?

Quaker Oats doesn't mean anything personal with his posts, you should lighten up and appreciate the humour.

We know you apologized and all which is good, but it is still funny that you did not even know how many grams of protein are in a scoop of your protein powder even though they are clearly labelled
