HELL YEAH. But they don't have to have a six pack. Just a FLAT stomach is great.

Fat rolls of flab is disgusting. Once dated a girl for 2 years. The day we met she weighted 128 lbs and less than 2 years later she weighted 195 lbs.

I thought at the rate she was going she would be 300lbs in a couple of years.

She's still a good friend and I try to encourage her to get in better shape for her health. She's down to 170lbs but still has a ways to go.

She just ate the wrong foods and didn't get any exercise.

Her face was always FUCKING BEAUTIFUL though. Prettier than Jessica Alba in the face.
