daily carb/protein/fat intake in grams while dieting?

just want to see some different approaches..

I cycle carbs:
295 carb 227 protein, heavy day
104 carb 276 protein, med day
68 carb 260 protein, low day

How do you guys maintain 250gms+ protein daily?  My intake jumps around with school and all.  Are you doing like 15-20 eggs with 2 drinks plus 1 chicken breat and steak if that daily...just cant put that much s##t down daily.  Guess that's why I'm not a bber including the needles.

hard with school i guess.  you need to eat atleast 5 meals/ day (assuming that every meal has ~50 g protein). for me its usually 6 meals/ day.

For me it's:

300- 350 g protein
120 g carbs on training days 60 g on rest days.
about ~50 g fats (mainly from nuts and 2 omega-3 caps)

6 to 7 meals a day. It's a hassle but if I want to lose the weight I have to do it.

ive dieted on no carbs, ive dieted on low carbs, ive "dieted" on super high carbs. 

protein is always at least 300g per day. never go under that number, thats forshhow. but i dont count really, so i couldnt tell you how much i eat day to day exactly. buti eat alot of the stuff...  i would imagine somedays i get astronomical on that number.

fat...never more than 150g. never. depends on how many carbs im eating and what my current goal is.

Protein: between 250-300 grams
Carbs: 400-500 grams
Fat: 70-100 grams

Still trying to figure out whats best for me though, but this has been working so I'm gonna stick with it.

so do you do cardio or not? i try to do 30 min morning walks atleast 3 times a week but its damn hard to motivate myself to get up earlier for that most of the time  :-\
