This is the guy who was beheaded.  He worked at an annual fair (Capital Ex) in Edmonton and was taking the bus back home to Winnipeg

Since it happened in Canada he's probably not going to be in jail for much more than 10 years  :-\

Canada (my country) is much too humane to send a man to jail for 10 years, fella. The guy's just misunderstood and he got a little moody on that bus, that's all. No, dude will serve a couple of years and be back on the streets to once again live the Canadian Dream. He'll probably get some money from the government too to offset the inconvenience of his being in jail.  ::)

I may have even seen this guy shortly before the incident as I went to Capital Ex a few times and saw a lot of the staff, so its a bit closer to home

In the USA, that punk would have been shot dead before he could complete the decapitation.  Victim might have lived, might have died.  But our greyhound riders pack heat, and they don't check, because they'd prefer you have 5 repsonsible gun owner heros on the bus so 1 jackass witha knife can't do things like this.
