A tough one. But I'd say age is on Dennis' side. (or do you mean a prime Steven Seagal?)

Well, than it's no contest. Steven Seagal in his prime would destroy Dennis Wolf.

LOOOL in his prime..... he is in his prime today!

seagal is still training which means he is at his sharpest ever.....

his fitness and strength was greater better back in the day but......

he is sharper than ever....he doesnt really need to be super fit.... hes 6'4" about 280 lbs or so

the whole thing would be over quickly ....no rolling about....no struggling...just pain

Are you talking about that fat actor with the shoe polish hair. The guy has never taken his shirt off in a movie so why assume he trains or is in any kind of shape.

I don't know, according to "Leon" you got to have shredded glutes and a six pack to be able to fight.

Would you call fedor a pussy because he doesnt have striated glutes?

Seagal is in similar shape to fedor. If you have seen any of Seagals movies you would know he can fight.

I am just going by what "Leon" told me. I think he is some sort of expert.

Apparently those Akido dudes use certain areas of the body for strikes and extremely muscled people make finding those spots even easier.

well not so much in aikido....seagal does use a lot of striking in his aikido but in japanese budo in general and other arts ....  a lean muscular would be quite an easy target for muscle and nerve strikes.....inside of arms and legs etc

bujinkan budo is more focused on muscle/nerve strikes than aikido...

Pro BB in a fight? Only if they could get a good hold on the guy fighting them would they stand a chance.
