I really hate it when people think they are doing so much weight yet their spotter is there doing a lot of it.  I almost never have a spot and I never have anyone standing over me.  I don't even like lift-offs except on the BNP.  A spotter psyches me out.  Plus if I can't do it I generally will know as soon as I lift off.  And if I am doing heavy reps I can still hold the weight long enough for the spotter to come in and help.  I just don't get it why some people post videos saying they are doing a certain weight when anyone who knows anything know they aren't

I never have anyone lift off, because they always drop it off balance.


Plus, if you cannot lift it off the rack, then you cannot bench itl
