Isnt his philosphy the one which suggests protein is irrelvent and the amount of hours you sleep is more indicative for building muscle?
you dont build any muscle after youve hit everymuscle hard for a few months and years consistently if you start training anywhere from 15-18
go to any highschool weightlifting program and there will be about 5-8 guys right at around the 300 pound bench press barrier just like any local gym that has your geeks gays fatbodys and serious lifters
this is certainly MY truth... for somereason you guys think you can keep building muscle but the truth is your building fat
in highschool my best bench was 325 at a 225 pound bodyweight at 18 my highest bench when i was bulked up an at my biggest was 365 at a bodyweight of 275, and thats not even as good as a ratio then at 18, i was leaner and better at 18
