I was a skinny beanpole until lage 25, then a lardass, then skinny again. My genetics have me destined to always be a small guy. Remember I was 125 at age 25, at 5'10". Everyone in my family is bone skinny.
Creatine, a lot of protein, and just showing up at the gym (joined one with the woman, and she makes me show up all 5 days). My weight has been climbing in the last few weeks, giving arms and shoulders their own dedicated days. I'm sure not entering the GB3 (no way I'm gonna diet when I"m making gains) but I'll possibly post some better pics then.
