-I'm working out 4 days a week and doing cardio on the remaining 3 days

-I'm endo-meso

I eat oatmeal, vegetables, chicken, tuna cans, brown cakes etc

Here are my pictures , I weigh 152lbs

I'm not really interested in bulking up (done it before), so I just want to put on quality muscle from here on out.
I want a routine thats not so scientific because it'll probably end up consuming me, so nothing pedantic.
I know the basics of bodybuilding now but i would like an outside perspective, Ive been weightlifting for 2 years and boxing for 3..

Try Eric Broser's Power/Rep Range/Shock routine.Excellent for adding quality muscle IMO but be prepared for a lot of DOMS.
