my diet for get big III
« on: August 03, 2008, 04:31:49 PM »
all organic cereals and whole grains even ones with evaporated cane sugar

and skim milk on everything

maybe bread or beans something like that when im working or on the go

all cereals have no more than 1 gram of fat per serving

ive come to the conclusion that i was basically running in place with the olive oil or any amount of fat in my diet plus i got sleepier the more fat i had instead of a smarter carb choice substitute. instead

so im actually getting plenty of protien with the skim milk

i do notice a big difference on my max strength like my body never has that full 100 percent power but i do have more awake energy and dont need as much sleep plus my bodyweight is down and another plus is my skin complexion seems bettter and less irritated with higher fats

are you guys jealous of me that im 6 feet6 and eat cereal?

i dont eat it unless its an organic cereal

non organic is crap imo, but they have those versions of cereal in organic. they have some sort of frosted flakes that are brown ric whit ric quinoa its freakin bangin way better than frosted corn flaKES

cereal with skim really quench the hunger just right and doesnt leave you deprived

drinking a half thing of skim milk after some hard games of b-bball or mowing grass taste so perfect

Organic cereal is a bit of a misnomer since all cereals are fortified with minerals and vitamins.

They are.

Defining the term "organic" is not synonymous with all natural and freely occurring in nature.  All organic means is whatever natural ingredients included are grown without certain pesticides. Also, different soil practices and crop rotation are used for better land preservation which lessens ecological and negative environmental impact.

Organic does not mean freely occurring and non-artificial.

well those reasons alone are better than w/o safe growing practices.

Glad to see you have moved on to an organic diet, you have finally arrived!

I think dairy could be a problem for you and you will eventually achieve your best look when you omit it from your diet!

soy, rice or almond milk is a great substitute!

I think you are intelligent enuff to be turned onto the blood type diet for health purposes...

liquid food isn't as filling as solid.   Low fat is best I think, I just get 15g of fish oil/flax/olive oil a day + trace fats from food.

How much protein can you be getting from milk alone?  how much milk?

I gave up cereal a long time ago. I couldn't stop myself from eating almost the entire box at one time. I like it way too much. Cereal is my Nemesis.

try fiber one. the fiber helps control appetite.
