the whole point of bodybuilding is to develop all the muscle groups evenly and have your bodyfat low enough to display them.

you need both... muscular arms and low bodyfat....

some people only do biceps curls and tricps extension to get big arms, it has nothing to do with "bodybuilding", its called getting big arms to show off , thats all.
