odd that this topic would come up, i saw something new in Gold's today.  a guy had gymnastic paraphernalia like the below hanging from the pullup bar between the cable crossover station.  I wouldn't have thought much of it if he actually looked the part, but oh brother...

he probably saw that "never back down" disaster of a movie and thought it'd get him huge.
