it's hunting season in germany and tonight we had fresh killed deer steak rare with wild mushrooms and a cordial of ouzo for the digestive system      :)

6 on non-lift days and 7 on lifting days

I cook all my meals prior to eating them, except the PWO shake.

It takes alot of dicipline to be 5% BF year round.

I eat 7 or 8 meals a day.  Some are just small snack meals.  Protein - at least 25 grams - 8 times a day is the goal.  I'm growing baby.
