6 meals a day. Used to eat more (this includes shakes) but I'm starting to believe what Adam said about fewer portions. I thought that if I slipped down from 9-10 (again, including shakes) that I would die and lose all my muscle. But I'm even more heavily muscled, I feel more comfortable and the meals that I do eat, I can spend more time jazzing them up.
I eat 3-4 meals and a few shakes. Makes things a hell of a lot easier than cooking a half dozen meals a day.
