"“Huerta, who has one fight left on his contact after the Florian fight, is far apart with UFC on terms for a renewal. Huerta, who has gotten a new agent, was asking for six-figures guaranteed per fight as well as points on the PPV, in negotiations that haven’t gone well for some time."

if he beats florian he'll have some ground to stand on.....

or maybe he'll beat florian and head off to Affliction and be one of the building blocks that helps Affliction bury the ufc....

Huerta beating kenflo and becoming the #1 contender and heading off to affliction will pretty much put the UFC back on thier heels

Yeah, if he loses to Kenny this weekend, which is likely, that six figure a fight deal will go right out of the window.  But he is on the right track.  Someone, or a group of someones, need to start making the UFC (Underpaying Financial Challenge, Underpayed Fighter Club, etc) pony up the dough.

You gotta beat BJ in that division if you want to make anything close to that.  Or be as popular as chuck.

Right now you only have a few guys that actually finish fights at 155, and Kenny is one of them.  Griffin used to, but not in over a year. Daddy does pretty well.  Roger is going to have his hands full.  The cans he was fighting to get that record so pretty don't mean much to Kenny.  Remember how he embarassed Joe Lauzon?
