We are having a rainy summer here in montreal, it is litteraly raining every day since the beggining of the summer, and those fucking idiots on a few TV Channels are starting to say it is a sign for the end of the world in 2012

Typical tv garbage. Sometimes, I'm forced to watch it doing cardio. Painful. Between American Idol and what Britney Spears is doing, you have to feel for most people, considering this is their entertainment and they actually care what a celebrity does.

I'd love to buy a house there in 2-3 years.

my girlfriend's family are from "grondine", about 40 minutes from quebec so we plan on moving near them in a few years

no seriously I am still not that fat, I still see the abs very clearly.
I won't get much fatter, my goal for now is just to gain 4 pounds every month until I diet down next year to clean up the physique a little bit.

montreal is looking more and more like your typical european big city, too many black/indian/arabs, most of them muslim sympathizers increasing the surpopulation, weather is a lot more rainy than at quebec city i think too...

the more it grows the less it becomes attractive, problem is quebec is also growing; condos being built everywhere...

Different people coming more and more due to the denatalization of the quebec province , quebec gouvernement offering visas to many unskilled and ungrateful immigrants ( not really willing to integrate, more "benefit" from the canadian way of life without being part of it...) to fill in the retired people's departures...

But yeah, all in all quebec is still preserved and "healthier" than montreal which is really getting uglier.

the real question is; how long will it last ?

fat & happy, fat & happy! 45 is still a fair bit of weight..when you depleted for the show how much did you drop and how much came back on during the loading ?
Also was it a low carb diet Alex had you on?

I want to quebec for the "Quebec de l'est" bodybuilding show about 2 months ago and there were a lot more immigrants than previous years it seems.

I still think it's more beautiful and peaceful than montreal tho.
I wouldn't live in the city of montreal, it sucks ass. I live 15 minutes from there in a nice calm town
