Any thoughts on how James 'Flex' Lewis will do at the Tampa Pro this weekend?

Great legs, state to national level upperbody. If he breaks the top 10 it's because of the hype.

if he nails the conditioning, he'll be top 10 no doubt. He has world class legs, and his uppoer body has improved a lot. It was never terrible - just not the same caliber as his legs. Branch warren had the same problem, and he has brought his upper body up to match.

I see Freeman being the disappointment in this show.

DJ will look great. Henry will look great. Darrem will pull out all the stops and win it. And if he nails the condition, I can see Flex Lewis getting top 6. new kid on the block, some excitement, and sick sick wheels.

Will see Flex soon. Kris Gethin, one of the editor's at bodybuilding.com, is coming to Tampa and is also from Wales. Kris used to have his magazine, Kaged Muscle, a while back.

if anything, his legs are beyond world class if thats possible.

I dont think i ve ever seen such development at such a young age.

The volume in his thighs and calves is outstanding.

Its just a game of catch up now for his upper body!
