ok im regaining old form i beleive by the shitloads of potassium, im still battling the need for monster sleep im needing 8 hours of sleep and a 30min nap in the day if not more
but my calories are way high with the potassium carb choices. dont seek out potassium fat choices like pb or even meat many who eat meat often get sick often and pb has all kinds of allergins plus its fat and harder to convert IMO to muscle but it can be done ofcourse
i dont do oats because they have like 2 grams of fat a serving im trying to keep my 'trace fats' to about 1 gram a serving or 0. for example if im getting 10 servings of 1 gram of fat cereal thats not bad and 20-30 banas with no fat and plenty of 1 gram of fat spagettios with alot of sodium cause its impossible to have a sodium free diet.
i dont even know why i bother helping just keeping you people on track on my legendary tactics
