Exactly how much is there really to talk about re: bodybuilding?  Seriously? Training and nutrition?   Unless you're a complete n00b, there's nothing new under the sun there.  Supplements?  They're all a scam, but they are the way money flows into the sport. This guy's bigger than that guy?  Who cares?  Steroids?  Maybe, but there's a specific section for that.  All in all, there is very little to talk about in "bodybuilding" that isn't old hat.  Boards that stick to the "topic" are boring as fuck.  At least this board is entertaining and interesting.  Yeah, there's limited talk of "bodybuilding", but most everyone here is a bodybuilder in one way or another, and sharing entertaining posts with people you have something in commom with can often be more fun that the same exchanges with a more diverse group.

actually 90-95% of what is needed for muscle hypertrophy has been known since the mid 70s. (goldspinkel study)
