def show up lean and hopefully w/ acne clear face trouble is usually when i diet on moderate fat and low carb my acne clear up but then when i go expo i sample protein bar samples and go out and eat cheat foods and face break out and i find embarassing to meet greet bodybuolder and  fitness girls and face is broken out
