Most Controversial Bodybuilder?

I'm new on the forum, but what i read so far seems to be well-informed.  I've been listening to PBBW and there's always a lot of controversial BBs on.  I don't know a whole lot about the history of bodybuilding, and i was wondering if someone more informed than i could let me in on who the most controversial BBs are.

I should have specified in the field of bodybuilding.  I kind of knew a Craig Titus reference would be brought up ...What i really meant is during their professional careers, besides Lee Priest, who else was a really controversial bodybuilder?
