didnt even know who he was until they said thats the guy in oceans 11
Disappointing, especially considering that I'm hearing it from a fellow Falcon.
You were a fan J-Mac??
Cause of death?
I just don't think there were very many people that weren't fans to some degree of this guy's work. The big stories in the news around it seem to be centering on the streams of heartfelt condolences being given by his peers including many notable A-listers. Bernie Mac shouldn't have died for two big reasons; 1) he was young (50) and 2) everybody loved him. I bet his works will instantly be viewed as classics now.
Thats the problem with most of us...We tend to believe that a human death is supposed to be bad...You see it even when a guy lives to be 90 or so...People still say Wow, so sad...I say BullShit...Bernie Mac seemed like a cool shit...Funny ass movies...And he will be remember for that...He made his mark and moved on...Energy never dies, it just reshapes itself...
Yeah on the bright side I think his having died early may have just given his work the appreciation it deserves. It will be studied more closely now as a result. The whole time it's been playing I couldn't understand why Bernie Mac's sitcom didn't get more credit than what it did...although it's having made syndication did make sure that alot of people got to see it.
steroidsE
Bump for steroids. It seems for most of you on this board believe if one dies early steroids were the cause. Because no one can die early in life from anything else. Bernie must have been on roids. It's impossible to die young from anything else.
...he's with God now
Proof?
Go pose that question the Bernie Mac's family. Have fun running for your life.
I think people with AIDS die of pneumonia at 50 years old. Maybe Bernie was a closet homosexual
