I was curious whets the best stuff out for weight loss...? I understand exercise, nutrition, and being well rested is the most important part... however I want to know if I could take something to speed it up... I’m in Iraq right now, I’ve been doing cardio everyday for the last month and I’ve dropped 275-250... I am looking to get down to 210, but have come to a complete stop at 250. I can’t seem to get it any lower. Any suggestions?
