Hahaha, they were showing how they pick the gymnasts last night during the Chinese women's gymnastics qualifying. At three years old they take them all into a gym and bend them and do a bunch of shit and the most flexible ones get put into the gymnastics program where they pretty much leave their families and train 6-8 hours a day, 7 days a week for the next 13 years until they can compete. All that just to stand a chance of beating the US.

Umm hate to tellyou this there are lots of specialise boarding schools here in China. Maye you shouldn't beleave eevrything that your media trys to tell you, alot of it is not correct.

It was a bunch of Chinese gymnastics coaches telling us that. Nothing wrong with it. You guys need to take kids at 3 years old, train them for 10 hours a day for 10+ years straight just to stand a chance at beating a country where the kids start the sports for fun, realize they're incredibly talented at it, and then go on to win gold medals after a few years of hard training while going to school, etc. It's ok.

Because out of 600 American athletes in the 2008 USA Olympic squad, 120 are African-American.

Now before you say something stupid like "the black slaves will win most of your medals". I would like you to keep in mind that most of our black athletes perform in track and field and basketball (male and female), and track and field is more than just 100m, 200m and 400m.  The best year for US Olympic track and field was 2004 when they won 25 medals. Not all of those medals were won by blacks and in those Olympics, USA won 103 medals overall. The most by any country that year. Most of those medals won by whites. No, not hispanics, blacks, or Asian. Whitey folks.

As of this past Sunday, the USA won 12 medals. Only 1 black athlete won a medal and he didn't do it alone. He was part of the 4 x 100m freestyle relay along with Michael Phelps.

Um, I think South Korea will be #1 as far as medals per poulation goes. They have under 50 million people and are in 3rd place right now. Last I checked, they have more gold medals than the US

Side note: Dont know about you guys, but they Female Chinese Gymnist all looked like they were 12 years old and the competition age is a minimum requirement of 16. Something seems freally fishy there.
