At what age do some Olympic Athletes start using drugs?

These kids are world class at 12 and 13 years old.  At what age, and what compounds, do they use?  growth?  Something for recovery?

they dont use drugs, its tested and all athletes have passed the drug tests, they are just better than the rest of us

Are they able to endure 8 hours of repetitive training at that age with no assistance?

What kid is "world class" at 12 or 13 years old? Maybe gymnastics but even that is a stretch.
