ok, so after a workout i have a quick meal of just a shake and a can of tuna. All up about 40-50grams of protein. The thing is, i eat this, but within in 30 mins or so im starving again. and i find myself eating a full meal even though i just had the shake and tuna about an hour ago. It doesnt fill me up because its just a whey shake and a small can of tuna, not much to eat really. So is it ok to eat that close together?
