good results lately

lately ive been adding carbs and aminos during my workout and i trained arms on sat, and today my arms have a great shape to them-def improved...plus i have been eating more carbs and fats in my diet plus i began taking muscle synergy by beverly-pumps are great-i also did barbell curl 21s in my workout-hard but effective

how has your arm training been going lately guys?

Sounds like the high doses of "liquid protein" straight from the tap have worked wonders for you. :-X

i take whey protein isolate in powder form-species nutrition
what brand do u use jeffro?

FWIW, if you're a natty, you're wasting your time with aminos.  Eat a shitload of eggs, red meat, fish, and drink as much milk per day as I drink of your sister's girl-cum, and you'll be fine.

pwo a banana or 2 two is just as good as anything on the market, even a snicker bar or 2

pre work a double cheese burger 45-60 min before working out.
