who wouldve ever thought i would bitch about overtraining , the falcon waddy complex of out of countrol everything, thoughts, women, workout routines ect.
ive stayed up for days, ive done 60 and 100 set routines ive ran double marathons banged alot of hot and ugly hoes, thinking all over the place (wich is not a bad thing) its just my nature to be this way folks some of its beneficial , the only bad 'part's arent really bad they are just lessons learned (hopefully the first time) . like a MIS TAKE is the same as a D I SEES, i dont see it as bad i just see it more clearley. the repetitve wasteful whoring nature of the world, but then again not really wastefull just like getting beat over the head like a child if you keep doing the same wrong thing over and over eventually the bastard child learns
what do i mean dont overtrain but stay on your feet?
well on my feet is when im working , this sets my metabolism moderate paced, higher then sedentary, less than working out
when you workout too much you burn up all your natural steroid production (cholesterol production) also you reach and obsession point where you just eat workout eat workout and in the end of all of it you are either tired as fuck, hungry as hell over eat to compensate for the workout further more trapping your in the PLAN NET of every increasing workouts NEEded (but not always followed through)to compensate for the surplus of calories, or you do actually improve but of course only to a point .
point being is i used to workout too much but always worked hard but you cant do alot of both. because your body will hold onto everything muscle and fat
i realized now i only need a few sets a day , and a moderate carb diet with low fat to keep a full look while eating very light while staying on my feet longer and making that money. this life isnt about working out its more about simply working . working manual labor is enough for fat burning (or simply being on your feet and light work ) once youve earned the muscle after years of slaving away in the gym
in my opinion most 98% getbig members already have attained enough muscles just need to shed the fat. If you can bench 225 atleast one time that is plenty of muscle to show if its fully ripped
even people i dont like on this board who continuously bash what i say let these words help you because i dont have ANY hatred unlike alot of you guys im trying to unite the world and telling you what i know because i am advanced or vain call it what u will makes no differnce how u put me down or uplift my spirit, but I want to give it back and not tease or make others feel inferior.
when you are on your feet working moderatley , love your job, its not stress full, your not that hungry because your not killing yourself like a hard workout in which you DO get HUNGREY as HELLLL. so lets not stimulate that appetite so much people, YOU DO have enough mass and will NOT lose it. right now i am filling out and leaner because my cals are low and am stronger on my very short but intense workouts but longer working days of moderate labor to not induce such a craving appetite
