its the closest gym to me. Maybe 3 others within 1km of that gym but i prefer that one the best, best people, atosphere, cheapest etc One other is a free weights gym though v crowded and shit atmosphere. Othere are fitness type ones and another is just awkward to get too

wow, 4 gyms in about a 2-3 mile radius?   Are they each pretty small, hence the need for more?  I didn't realize lifting/fitness stuff was that popular in ireland.  It's good you have a lot to choose from though.

you also have to realize Goudy lives in Boystown, hence the high number of gyms.

Em ill tell u exactly say in a 3 mile radius form my city center maybe as much as 15 or more gyms.

I could only train in maybe 5 if i had to. Other 5 are too light DB's etc

I only know the gyms in N, W and S Belfast. Dont know any in east belfast, i know there are some thoiugh never counted them.

It is definately picking up fitness strnegth wise. Sports such as hurling and gaelic are relying on weight training now as well as others like boxing, which is incredibly popular in irealdn
