It is not bad, but it is not a "career".

Most guys are lucky to last a few years in that industry and it is filled with more politics than bodybuilding.

Yeah, maybe for the Mervyn's catalog. Probably takes a little more to work for real designers.

I did male modeling for a few years and models performing sexual favors to make covers or get more shots used is very common. However most of the guys doing that aren't gay there just doing whatever necessary to make a living. Which is why so many models do lots of anti depressants among other drugs. Also you would be surprised how many straight photographers will take you out and spend lots of money on you just to be around you and pick up your leftovers.

A male model nailed Halle Berry and got her pregnant. Tyson Beckford, another male model makes women wet, just by walking into a room, Shemar Moore, who is on "Criminal Minds", but was a daytime soap opera star and male model is the same way. Nuff said.

Very true.

Being a male model is a VERY difficult thing to do.

Looks do not get you in the door, there are millions of good looking guys. Very few real "models".
