holly shit we agree by the way what happened to your shoulder? i had to have a shoulder decompression a few yrs back and it still is pretty useless
its always been hurting, I dont think for any particular reson actually. Just cant do french press, cant do more then 1 rep on flat bench, can do incline after flat, I have to start with incline, and canīt do dips,
Other then that its all good lol.
I really fuckt it up when I wrestled a guy that outweight me with SHITLOAD of weight a few months ago, anyway he tried to take me down but i stopped it with my left arm and it felt like the shoulder exploded....
But now its back to only hurting the way is always does lol.
