So I'm at the gym tonite doing legs. I'm doing squats and the trainer starts running this huge industrial sized vaccuum cleaner all around where I was working out. This thing was so loud I couldn't hear the music and it was dusty. Did this for like a half hour in the corner of the gym I was in. I was annoyed.

That would have annoyed me for sure. I hate breathing in dust, or for that matter, anyone getting too close to me when doing something like squats. I for sure would have told him, politely, do stop doing that. Remember, you are the customer, so they need to do their best for you to train in a safe and confortable environment. They could easily vacume after hours when the gym is closed for use.

other than going to the gym with my friends as a guest-----yeah I train at home, I have everything i need

I only have free weights-----a cage, mad dumbells, bunch of benchs, seat, olympic barbell set with mad weight, differnt bars; ez curl, french etc.  THe rubber flooring is key bro.

basically Im forced to lift like a warlord, no escaping the deads, squats etc Ive lifted at mad gyms from fitness centers  to dungeons and I get the best workout by far in my own gym.
