I swim 5 miles/day and eat 12,000 calories....

Actually, I really do lots of pull ups, rows and sometimes deadlifts. Nothing unusual. Here is a typical workout:
*Pull-ups (wide grip) - 2 sets of 12-15 reps; 1 set with 70lbs of 8-10 reps...drop the weight and another 8-10
*Pull-ups (close grip) - 2 sets with 70lbs of 10-12 reps
*Seated rows - 1 set 10-12 reps striping the weight 2x
*Bent over rows - 1 set 10-12 reps striping the weight 1x
*Hammer machine (different one each workout) - 1-2 sets 10-12 reps
*Hammer shrugs - 3 set 12-20 reps
*Deadlifts - 3 sets of 15-20 reps; I do these on 3-4 months out of the year.
