Can someone carify, as i am not 100% on point with GR rules.  He was DISQUALIFIED for his hand being out?  Or was the other wrestler given a point for pushing him out?

If 50% of your body is on the blue part you are DISQUALIFIED.
As you can see only his HAND touched the blue mat but the judges said 50% of his body was on the blue mat.
He protested and said they should look at the replay. But they refused.
