The Europa is tomorrow? When were those pics taken? He looks thick but a little soft for the show if those are really recent.

AMAZING TRANSFORMATION

SCARY thing is the drugs one needs to take to compete in Powerlifting are not the same as those needed to be a BB. His internal organs must be taking one HELL of a beating trying to cope. I expect him to be on the kidney transplant list or the massive heart attack obituary report shortly

Powerlifters take steroids that increase AGGRESSIVENESS (same as WSM competitors, Ultimate fighters etc), STRENGTH and POWER. There are many steroids all of which have specific characteristics and traits. BB take roids that increase MASS, VASCULARITY, CUTS etc. Mixing these many steroids, hormones and chemicals for the sake of doing well in each sport has to be doing a job on Johnnies internal organs...especially as this picture depicts..him doing a powerlifting match just six weeks ago looking bloated and now doing a BB show and looking ripped. Add to all of this the diet difference between the two sports... eating one way for PL and another for BB. I hope he enjoys every moment of his life, because it makes me wonder how many days he has left and if it is all worth it.

Cool...i understand, but i wanted you to list the compounds he was on and why they were killing his organs. i know all these guys mega-dose, but i have done both bodybuilding and powerlifting, so i agree the biggest difference was "stimulants".

also i think he's on milos' program, so would insulin have something to do with that soft look jim?
