Jeff Long: are the rumours true???

Jeff Long recently dumped his pre-contest trainer. 

Rumour has it, that this so-called-guru was filling him with so much shit that  Jeff could have been looking at an early grave!

Any truth to the rumour?  Hmmmmm.  Nothing surprises me anymore! 

Hopefully Dave can take a little more care of Jeff's health, now that he is working with him!  Hmmmmmm.

Jeff is naive.  I believe that he was exploited by his former so-called-trainer. 

This trainer has a history of implementing dubious cycles and chemical ratios.

Hope Jeff has learnt a valuable lesson here. 

There are many in this industry who claim to be drug gurus.  Many possess no formal training and just employ a 'hit and miss' ideology.

Thank god Jeff is still with us.

Jeff dumped him a while ago and is now working with Dave Palumbo.  His other trainer uses tons of drugs to build up his athletes and they NEVER come in shape. I believe the only guy he worked with that did very well was Capriese Murray.  Other than that he's just an old drug pusher.

Exactly.  There are vids out of Jeff in the offseason where you can clearly see synthol use as well. This was again before he started with Palumbo.  His old trainer is at most NPC shows and is at all the Jersey shows.

Dave is a big proponent of Synthol too. He even sells it.
