insulin has very little to do with it,,this is a result of few diff factors that coem from addictive personality,,
the use of narcotics including pain killers,,the use of diff hormones in mega doses along the years and later on as in now days in lower doses aka the loss of size and the average gym rat/local bodybuilder looking physiqe of now days,,add to it average genetic response to hormones to begin with and aging inaddition to very stressful life when you have to support a amily,,,and to that add the use of duretics that any bodybuilder must do inorder to eventually achiave the dry sucked in look...since you wont grow no where as lean if you didnt use duretics and growth....
in concludison the only thing he still have is the larger hands ...thats what we all stay with at the final end of things,,its not real large hands it is just larger leaner thicker looking hands but in reality even those hands are average plus and nothing more ikn relashions to society
