i remember this one...................gi rl i was dating at the time thought he was "hot"

got me thinking about my own 155 lb body and maybe i should "work out"

it seriously motivated me

 i was old...................25  (i was almost 6 ft 2 " at 155 lbs )
long hair rock n roller!


i wish i had started sooner.................. ..(18 or so)

It was on ESPN back in the day (trust me i wasn't into bodybuilding back then)
was flipping thru the channels saw it .................and she was like "mmmmmmm    mmmmm  mmmmm"!

Damn, those guys look much better than anyone who has turned pro of late.  The 90s were definitely the pinnacle of bodybuilding.
