this happen to my buddy a few years ago as a joke, but it got me thinking...bodybuilding is a pretty stupid sport and the majority of people who consider themselve bodybuilder arent very smart...so for a suspense horror type film what happen if a bodybuilder is prepping for a big show the biggest of his life and he is doing a keto diet and his wife poured unflavored waxy maize into his vanilla protein powder jug...so each time he have the shake hes getting carbs and protein when he thinks its just protein powder
