As for public debt, this deal of giving them a measly billion dollars is what is called "working debt" and is the wheels procreating of a friendly alliance and deduction of Russia's grip on the lower Rhinelands, at the same time

We have a notional obligation to help. This is not the first time we have embarked on a wartime expansion of a private sector country, in order to secure and deepen their own asset market to widen the whole capital market of the world.

I will give you some advice, if you read the yahoo article, it will explain in a way how much the US is invested, and why the West invited these actions. I always try to look at things issue by issue and I try to remain open to the idea that I can and will be wrong
