Waxy’s good stuff.
Its molecular weight allows for extremely fast absorption, and as a carrier, most other stuff you add to it will absorb faster as well.
For example, try mixing some creatine with it.
But don’t get carried away adding too much stuff to the mix. For each additional ingredient, you’ll see an exponential decrease in absorption time – especially amino acids, which for some reason slow it dramatically.
If you slow the absorption time too much, you’re defeating WM’s primary benefit.
