haha, yeah I named that back in the day when I was more aggressive :)  Anyway it is totally true though, that is one of Nasser's ex's....she appears a lot in his last training video.

Not really sure, but he did say that he usually purposely did not train as heavy as he could in order to avoid injury.  In his Part 3 video he goes pretty heavy in some lifts, and well as some of the old Flex photoshoots.
