  China is still a pseudo-communist state where children with athletic gifts are selected from birth and put on a Spartan regimen of training and drugs, with the specific purpose of winning gold at major ahletic competitions to show the strengh of the state. You can compare it to the USA, which is a free country where athletically gifted children have the option of pursuing their gifts or not, where athletes do not use drugs for the most part and don't have their bills taken are of by the government which allows them to do nothing but train all day long withut having to worry about supporting themselves. You're assuming that they will continue to grow and become more intelligent. On what basis? The fact that their average IQ is two points higher? That's a pretty big assumption. A lot of things can go wrong before that happens. Their government could collapse in a rebellion. World war could break out. Their economy could go into the shitter and collapse. Not to say they won't "surpass" the USA, but it's really nothing more than an assumption.

A two point higher IQ is pretty much negligible regardless.
