Moose or Quaker, what is your opinions on the reason this type of look is VERY rare to the general bb population? I mean hardly ANY top pros get this even for olympia. I mean he cant have SOME INCREDIBLE SECRET thats just for him? This should be more possible for others i mean get ur cycle perfect and only eat sandpaper and whey.

the funny thing is that Alex himself says that he doesn't go extremely low carb at all pre contest, i think he does a shitload of cardio and also has great genetics.

I would venture that Alex lives the lifestyle 24/7/365...never ever deviates from his plan...and....he has a PLAN....you'd be surprised at how many just wallow about without a well-circumscribed, thought-out plan.

Attention to detail.

HAHA Asking Squadfather/Quakeroats about achieving a low bodyfat and holding low water is like asking Ted Bundy how to be a considerate lover.

Already have stud, no need to get jealous because youve never been below 25% bodyfat.

you've never proven that picture was you, anyone can pull a picture of a competitor off the net and post it as theirs, it's been done before. ::)

I remember these pics. Nothing to take away from that guy, but these pictures have been "sharpened" afterwards as well, what improves the "grainy" look to a major extent. Neverthless great conditioning, but he fucked it up before the show when I remember correct??

Don't be jealous, you need to learn to gain knowledge from your superiors, to make yourself a better person.Hit me up on pm and I can show you a good diet and cardio routine.

i'll make a deal with you, if you post a picture showing that the guy in the picture is really you with a sign reading "i'm db2431 from getbig.com, hi QuakerOats", i'll admit i was wrong and i'll start a thread saying that i'm your bitch, what do you say?

It was proven it was me, I posted a clear shot which was verified. You are the one the needs to post a clear shot with someone here saying its you instead of some blurry mess in a dirty window.
