Congrats Alex. I know what it feels like to be ripped...and as good as the outer feelings are (attention, etc.,)...the inner suck...wanting pizza, french fries, etc., while eating 1,000% Clean...and having to tell others at
parties, etc., oh, no, thanks...I can't have the ice cream, cake, booze, etc., I have my chicken breasts, and tuna, in these plastic containers...Oh, and my 01 Gallon of Smart Water and my 01 Gallon of Fiji Water. I'm cool...Don't trip...It's all good...NOT.

You can eat pizza and drink whatever you like and get equally ripped. If you know what you are doing.
