Moving back to Biden....

He has a lot of experience in Washington...which is good & bad.  He knows how things work.  He has far more foreign policy experience than Obama, so that could be a plus.  He is strong willed and straighforward.  He can be the attack dog for the ticket and he's good at it.

The negatives: Biden is arrogant, difficulty working across the isle, he is establishment, very outspoken and at times makes heated & inappropriate comments that gets him criticizm, he embelishes, he thought Obama was too inexperienced, he once admired McCain.  I see a shrewd politician that is less than trustworthy (like most of them) and is passionate about his causes & opinions such that he may disregard needed input from other experts.

More recently, he was at the head of the government's involvement with steroids in baseball and spoke very unintelligently about steroids & HGH in general...which is a total waste of our tax $.  He also wanted to give Georgia 1 billion more of our tax dollars, which we'd be borrowing from China.

I thought he needed to pick an experienced white guy with military experience.  He got most of that with Biden.

Overall, I think Obama did okay, because he needed to pick someone who wouldn't hurt him, which Hillary would have done.  I don't think people will be thinking about Biden much when they vote in November.
