skipping workouts-we all do it...or do we? im asking you right here rightn now how amny workout a week do yall skip-like today i wa ssusposed to work out but decided NO not in mood-i work out yesterday so tommorow i workout-gym is suposed to be fun right? maynbe its not fun when we have to be chained to a split scheduele w/ no time for leiusure activities like boardwalk, shopping, fmaily friends loved ones?
tommorow i will work my back and calves and i bet i will ahve the workout of my life...probabloy gonna have pizza tonight and enjoy myself-were suspoded to go out and eat together and maybe see a movie or do some window shopping...beats doing pulldowns in the gym right??
am i thinking clearly? if once in a while i skip a day then workout next day im fine? but i ahve a feeling if i do this few times a week thats not good? i remember reading in mike mentzers books that somedays after working out next day they wouldnt be recovered and would be tired out thus not fully recovered and primed for growth...i always find when i take 2-3 days off i get outrageous workouts!
